Jean & Don Marshall intrigued by the graceful treed land & location acquired Marshall Woods in 1999,
and feel like they are on a permanent holiday all year round.
Their home has been entirely reconfigured with fresh bathrooms, gourmet kitchen and upscale
decor throughout.
Don is a former business man of 35 years and now enjoys a more leisurely style of living.
He is an avid golfer, who can direct you to the course of your choice in Southwest Ontario.
Jean takes pleasure in oil painting, along with her painterly friends Helen and Elaine. She is also willing
to share her skills in workshops with guests, who want to tap hidden talent. Her work is exhibited throughout the B & B, and in local galleries.
Their quiet, good-natured cat Charlie, is a friend to their six goldfish, and when spring arrives the fish
are ready for Charlie's visits.
You will see other visiting creatures like chipmunks, rabbits, squirrels and an intriguing variety of birds.
By June, a pair of ducks fly in and wait for Don to supply a feast of corn for their short stay.
